No Refunds on Digital Products

All products sold by SetDesk are digital downloads delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered.

By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that you have read the product description and understand that you are purchasing a non-returnable digital product.

What You Receive

Upon completing your purchase you will receive a delivery PDF containing a secure link to access and download your product. Your product is available immediately after purchase.

Damaged or Inaccessible Files

If you experience a technical issue accessing your product — such as a broken link or inaccessible file — please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@getsetdesk.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error or did not authorize a purchase, please contact us immediately at hello@getsetdesk.com. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue.
